They have two more matches left and the best they could get to is 12 points overall.

Meanwhile, Delhi Capitals and Lucknow Super Giants, who both have 12 points, face each other in the 64th match of IPL 2024 next week. This means one of the two teams is going to finish over 12, which again goes over the maximum points MI could get to.

Meanwhile, Hardik Pandya recently said that he wasn't getting carried away as far as MI's playoffs chances are concerned.
