The ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL 2024) has already seen some power-packed performances from the veterans. Despite performing well in the ongoing edition, some of the players are expected to hang their boots from the franchise-based league as they will not be a part of the IPL 2025. Shikhar Dhawan

Shikhar Dhawan is another stalwart in the Indian Premier League. Overall, he is the second highest run-getter in IPL just behind Kohli. The left-handed veteran has been leading his franchise, Punjab, since last season, but it would most probably be his last for both PBKS and the IPL, with him being almost at the twilight of his career.
