While Punjab Kings enter this game in a must-win situation, but alert in the region could pose a threat to the game. However, the weather forecast shows no signs of rain during the match hours, but if the scenario changes, we could also see a wash-out. If the PBKS vs MI IPL 2026 fixture gets washed out, both teams will share a point each.

Although, it won’t affect MI much as they are mathematically out of the playoffs race, but it would take PBKS to 14 points, thus giving them a cushion over Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Rajasthan Royals (RR), both of whom currently sit with 12 points respectively.
