The Australian all-rounder was roped in for INR 25.20 crore by the Knights after an intense bidding war against the Chennai Super Kings. Green has played for the Mumbai Indians and the Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the past. He has amassed 707 runs in 28 innings in the IPL at an average of 41.59 and a strike rate of 153.70. The 26-year-old also has 16 wickets to his name.

However, the one concern that KKR will have with their star signing is his recent form. During the T20 World Cup 2026, Green looked a pale shadow of his former self.
