However, they will also have to look ahead to their competitor’s game hoping West Ham United beat Leicester City. This will be their only way to keep playing in the top tier of English football.
In a similar way, Tottenham Hotspur are also coming back from a 1-3 defeat against Brentford. Harry Kane opened the scoresheet within 8 minutes into the game. - Leeds United’s injured players list includes Stuart Dallas and Tyler Adams who are out because of thigh injuries and Luis Sinisterra who is suffering from an ankle issue. They also got a double blow during their match last weekend as both Rodrigo and Patrick Bamford sustained injuries.
- After the match, coach Allardyce gave the news that both Rodrigo and Bamford were “struggling badly”. However, Rodrigo has been seen training with the first team, so he can be expected to play. Whereas, the coach will make a late decision on Bamford’s situation. The good news is, they are getting back Junior Firpo as he’s coming back from suspension.
- If both Rodrigo and Bamford remain sidelined against Spurs, the coach could decide to call up Georginio Rutter in the centre-forward position. While Crysencio Summerville and Wilfried Gnonto will compete for a place out wide.
