Mayank Agarwal's knock of 83 went in vain as a sensational batting show from Cameron Green (100*) and Rohit Sharma (56) helped Mumbai Indians defeat Sunrisers Hyderabad by a margin of eight wickets in Match 69 of the Indian Premier League 2023 at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
The toss belonged to the hosts, as Rohit Sharma & Co decided to field first. The ploy to open with Mayank Agarwal and Vivrant Sharma worked for SRH as the duo scripted the highest opening partnership for SRH in IPL 2023.
