You make me a better human being: Yuzvendra Chahal wishes Dhanashree on wedding anniversary

Yuzvendra Chahal wished his wife Dhanashree in an warm post on Instagram as the couple celebrated their wedding anniversary on December 22. Chahal, one of India’s premier leg-spinners has not played an international game since August 2023.

Dhanashree tied the knot with Yuzvendra Chahal three years ago in 2020 and the couple is famous for its viral videos on social media. Yuzvendra Chahal, an ace cricketer and Dhanashree, a trained dancer, often collaborate for videos which fetch huge numbers of views.

On Friday, soon after Rajasthan Royals tweeted on X to greet the pair, Chahal wrote down an adorable post for his wife.

“From the first day we met to this moment, every second of this journey has been close to my heart. They say matches are made in heaven and I am sure whoever has written our script is on my side

You make me a better human being every single day. You complete me!! Happy marriage anniversary to you, the love of my life,” he said.

Yuzvendra Chahal, 33, has so far played 72 ODIs and 80 T20Is in his career. He has 217 wickets in international cricket and is currently the all-time leading wicket-taker in the Indian Premier League. Chahal has also missed out on several selection calls for India because of the way Kuldeep Yadav, another wrist-spinner, has dominated in the shorter formats in recent months.
